If you're having issues transcribing in Limitless, follow the below steps:
If you're currently recording, click on "Stop" and click "Record" again.
Restart the Mac/Windows app, or if you're in the web app, refresh the page.
From your Mac/Windows settings, make sure your Microphone permission is enabled for Limitless.
In the Limitless web and Windows app, click on your microphone and make sure it matches your device's microphone settings.
For Mac users: please note that you will not see a drop-down to choose your microphone. We'll automatically use the input/output that your Mac is set to.
If you're using your Mac in clamshell mode (working with the lid closed and connected to an external monitor), make sure to select an external microphone directly from your Mac settings.
