Finding URL or ID
MacOS:
Open the Mac app
Click into the meeting (that you're having issues with)
Click on the title of the meeting next to "Meetings /" which will copy the meeting ID - it should look like: RpnP60OGkGt1J4ww3Xhk
Web:
Open app.limitless.ai on any web browser
Click into the meeting (that you're having issues with)
Copy the full meeting URL - it should look like: https://app.limitless.ai/r/0f0af471-92b8-4360-8b6f-1332d75b7bcf
Sending Logs
MacOS
Open the "Terminal" app on your Mac
Copy and paste the following:
open ~/Library/Logs/ai.limitless.desktopRun the command by pressing enter
Copy the "Limitless.log" file and email it to [email protected]
If you're having issues with a specific meeting, please include the meeting URL in the email
Windows
Open the "Windows Powershell" app on your Windows device
Copy and paste the following:
start $HOME/AppData/Local/ai.limitless.desktop/logsRun the command by pressing enter
Copy the "Limitless" file and email it to [email protected]
