MacOS
For Mac users with Ventura (13) and Sonoma (14) or later, click the following link or copy and paste it into your browser to download the Limitless App: https://download.limitless.ai/Limitless.dmg
Once the download is finished, drag the "Limitless" app icon to your Applications folder
Double click the Applications folder to open it up
Find and double click on "Limitless" to open up the Mac app
Click on "Open" when prompted
Note: the prompt will say: "Limitless" is an app downloaded from the Internet. Are you sure you want to open it?
We recommend that you use the Mac app to record if possible. You will get notified to join your meetings and have the ability to record using headphones.
You can also access your recordings anytime via app.limitless.ai
Windows
For Windows users running Windows 10 or later, click the following link or copy and paste it into your browser to download the Limitless App: https://download.limitless.ai/windows
Once the file has downloaded, open the file. You should see it pop up in the upper right hand corner of your browser or by going to your Downloads folder in File Explorer.
Go through the Limitless Setup to complete the Installation. The Windows app will automatically open up.
Go through the login process via the Limitless App and you're all set!
We recommend that you use the Windows app to record if possible. You can also access your recordings anytime via app.limitless.ai from any web browser.
We strongly suggest utilizing the system mic ("Communications - Microphone Array" for example) to easily capture the input and output sound. Note: we only support headphones in the Mac app! If you'd like to record using headphones in Windows, vote for the request here.
