Step 2: Connect your Google Calendar + Gmail

Your meetings and meeting details will be automatically imported.

Step 3: Download the Limitless App on Mac or Windows

☐ Once you download the Limitless App, we recommend that you use the <a href="https://help.limitless.ai/en/articles/9096513-how-do-i-download-install-the-mac-app">Mac</a>* or <a href="https://help.limitless.ai/en/articles/9150914-how-do-i-download-install-the-windows-app">Windows</a> app to record. You can also access your recordings via <a href="https://app.limitless.ai/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">app.limitless.ai</a> on any web browser.

*If you’re on macOS Ventura (13) or later, download the Mac app to get notified to join your meetings and have the ability to record using headphones.

☐ Click on the "Enable Microphone Access" button + click "Record"

☐ Start talking and you should see a real-time transcript under the "In-Meeting" section

☐ After you're clicked "Stop", click on a word in the transcript to playback the audio

💡 We support <a href="https://help.limitless.ai/en/articles/9135528-what-languages-does-limitless-support">34 languages</a>! 

💡 Note: we only support headphones in the Mac app! If you'd like to record using headphones in Windows or mobile, vote for the request <a href="https://feedback.limitless.ai/b/kvj1nlve/feature-ideas/record-both-sides-of-audio-using-headphones-on-windows-or-mobile" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">here</a>.
