Take a look at our shipping timeline based on Pendant color / device / location.
Please login to the Limitless app with the email you used to order the Pendant
If you're not seeing your Pendant order, read here.
Click on the Pendant tab on the left side
Click Edit (right below the total price of the Pendant)
Edit your shipping address
Choose your Pendant color
Choose the device you intend to use with the Pendant
Click Save
Click the purple Refresh button (next to Pendant Orders) and you should see the status is showing "Paid & In Progress"
❗ Make sure to click the purple Refresh button. You shouldn't need to pay for shipping/taxes more than once after making any edits.
