Blink Red 3 times then pause for 2 seconds, and repeated once more | This may happen when recording attempts to restart (either on device reset or after a long button press). If it does happen, it means the device’s time needs to be synced to continue recording. Please open the iOS app and check that the device reconnects. The time will be resync upon reconnecting. You can then attempt to restart recording manually. If the blinking persists, please contact [email protected]. |
Blink Red 10 times then pause for 1 second, and repeated once more | This may happen either while recording and the device runs out of memory OR when attempting to start recording and the device is already out of memory. Please reopen the Limitless iOS app to reconnect and sync your Pendant memory. Please wait until your Pendant is fully caught up before attempting to restart recording. If the blinking persists even after fully syncing device, please contact [email protected]. |
Blink Red 4 times, then pause for 5 seconds, and repeated continuously | The device temperature is out of range. If the device feels hot, avoid direct skin contact until it stops blinking red. |
