We greatly appreciate those of you who have preordered the pendant early!
Our goal is to reward you for being an early supporter by shipping pendants in the order in which they were ordered. The challenge we face is local regulations and compliance requirements which are different for each country. We are working hard to meet all of these requirements. As soon as we have met the requirements for your country and your place in line is reached, we will ship you your pendant.
How can I get my pendant sooner?
You can revise your color or device choice by following these instructions to get your pendant sooner.
When selecting your color:
The Black Pendant is being produced first, followed by Iridescent and White in Q2-Q3 of 2025.
When selecting your device:
There are no hardware differences. We're developing the iOS app first, and using the Pendant with the native app is required.
