Our goal is to reward you for being an early supporter by shipping pendants in the order in which they were ordered.

How can I get my pendant sooner?
You can revise your color or device choice by following these instructions to get your pendant sooner. If you make any edits, we will ship it out on Friday afternoon.

How do I know if my Pendant is ready to ship?
​After logging into your Limitless account (with the same email you used to order the Pendant), you should see "Paid & In Progress" on the left side of the Order #.

If you pre-ordered a Pendant before April 2025 and can select a color:
Only the black Pendant has been produced and shipped so far. We recommend switching to black so we can ship your order right away.
Iridescent and white will not be available until at least Q1 2026. No other colors will be produced due to not meeting the minimum order quantity (MOQ).

​How quickly do orders get fulfilled?

If you place your order before 2 pm PT on a weekday, we’ll ship it out the same day. Delivery/transit time is between 4-8 business days, depending on location.
