Please login to the Limitless app with the email you used to order the Pendant.

You can think of this as your 'tracking the Pendant' email, and it's ok if it's different than the one you use to record meetings. Unfortunately we can't change the email associated with your Pendant order since this is a limitation of Stripe guest payments (which is how the Pendant is set up as). Once we ship in Q4, your specific email you used to order the Pendant will not be relevant anymore.

If you no longer have access to the email you used, please reach out to [email protected]. We will need to cancel the order and have you re-order with a specific link.
