What is the Pendant?
Pendant is an elegant, lightweight wearable that remembers what you say throughout the day, from in-person meetings, impromptu conversations, and personal insights.
When will I receive the Pendant?
We have started shipping! Take a look at our latest shipping timeline to see when you will receive it. The sooner you pre-order the product, the sooner you'll receive it.
We are only shipping Black Pendants so far. We don't have a specific ETA for when white and iridescent Pendants will be produced but will keep everyone updated.

Will you ship globally?
We plan to ship the Pendant worldwide, and we'll let you know when it's time to send it your way. Take a look at our shipping timeline.
How will the Pendant work with Limitless?
The Pendant syncs with the native phone app. We currently only have a Limitless iOS app, and the Limitless Android app will be built in 2025. More details here.
Is there a subscription required?
The Pendant does not require a subscription. You can use the Limitless Free plan with the Pendant, which comes with 1,200 minutes (20 hours) of transcription each month. We only count minutes if there is a voice speaking. Everything else (AI features like notes and summaries) is free.

What languages will the Pendant support?
The Pendant will transcribe in 103 languages, with updates on additional language support to follow. The Pendant can auto-detect and transcribe in multiple languages.
Can the Pendant record 24/7? Will it be always on / always recording?
You can record all time with the option to pause/stop recording when needed. You can also delete recordings via the Limitless app.
Will Pendant work with Android or Windows?
The Pendant syncs with the native phone app. You can view and ask AI about your lifelogs in the Lifelog tab in the Web/Mac/Windows app. There are no hardware differences but note we will not be shipping our Pendants to Android users until the Android app is complete. We currently only have a Limitless iOS app, and the Limitless Android app will be built in 2025, per our shipping timeline.
You can also download the iOS app on an iPad but please note you will need to sync the Pendant recordings to your iPad at least once a day.
What can the Pendant be used for?

- Personal reflection: verbal processing, thinking out loud, capturing a thought while your hands are busy

How many Pendants do I need?
Please note only ONE Pendant can be paired per device / account. As a reminder, you can record while it's charging as well.
