General troubleshooting for the Pendant

Login issues

Having issues logging in?

  1. If you signed in by manually typing in your email, click the link from the same device you made the request on.

  2. If you never received the 'Sign in to Limitless' email, check your spam/junk folder.

Forgot what email you used to login?

  1. Try different emails. Limitless accounts are permanently linked to the email used at sign-up and the recordings are stored in the cloud. The recordings would never delete or 'disappear' on their own.

  2. Did you sign in with Apple? If so, Apple may have created a privaterelay email for you which you can find here.

  3. If you are still unsure what email you used, please share your Serial Number with our AI Support Agent and we can reverse search the email that is paired to your Pendant.

Pendant is not pairing

Reset iOS Bluetooth

  1. If you have already tried to pair before, toggle iOS Bluetooth off and back on (from iOS Settings).

  2. Force quit the app (open the App Switcher and swipe up on the app to quit).

  3. Re-open the app and go through the app's onboarding again to pair your Pendant.

  4. If this still doesn't work, try factory resetting the Pendant.

If prompted from the app, factory reset and 'forget' Pendant;

  1. If already attempted to pair and the Pendant page shows an Forget this Pendant option, tap it.

  2. If Forget this Pendant was not an option, from your iOS Bluetooth settings, press the blue i icon and "Forget this device".

    1. If you do not see the blue i icon, restart your iPhone.

  3. Close the Limitless app and try to pair one more time.

Tried everything else? Unpair, factory reset, reinstall app

  1. Make sure you're on the latest version (search Limitless AI Voice Recorder iOS app from the Apple App Store)

  2. Unpair the pendant in your iOS Bluetooth settings

  3. Uninstall the app

  4. Restart phone

  5. Reinstall the iOS app

  6. Retry pairing

Transcript syncing is off

Force quit the app

  1. Force quit the app (open the App Switcher and swipe up on the app to quit).

  2. Re-open the app and your transcripts should begin syncing again.
