Pendant is not pairing
Reset iOS Bluetooth
If you have already tried to pair before, toggle iOS Bluetooth off and back on (from iOS Settings).
Force quit the app (open the App Switcher and swipe up on the app to quit).
Re-open the app and go through the app's onboarding again to pair your Pendant.
If this still doesn't work, try factory resetting the Pendant.
If prompted from the app, factory reset and 'forget' Pendant;
If already attempted to pair and the Pendant page shows an
Unpair
option, tap it.If
Unpair
was not an option, from your iOS Bluetooth settings, press the blue i icon and "Forget this device".If you do not see the blue i icon, restart your iPhone.
Close the Limitless app and try to pair one more time.
Tried everything else? Unpair, factory reset, reinstall app
Unpair the pendant in iOS settings
Factory reset the pendant (pendant should show a blue light if it is in pairing mode)
Uninstall the app
Restart phone
Reinstall the iOS app
Retry pairing
Transcript syncing is off
Force quit the app
Force quit the app (open the App Switcher and swipe up on the app to quit).
Re-open the app and your transcripts should begin syncing again.
How do I factory reset my Pendant?
Note: A factory reset will delete any recordings that have not been synced to the app.
Make sure the pendant is on and displaying any light (except red).
You’re going to be pressing the pendant twice in quick succession: the first time you’re going to press and release, the second time you’re going to press and hold
Keep holding the button until the light completely turns off. Once the light turns off, immediately release the button.
Wait about 5 seconds and you should see the light flash magenta briefly to confirm the factory reset was successful.
Once you see the blue light, your Pendant is ready to be paired again.
Why is my Pendant LED / light solid red?
If your Pendant LED / light is solid red, hold down the button until the red light turns off. When you turn it on again, you should be back in a normal state (white = recording or blue = ready to pair).
