Login issues

Having issues logging in?

  1. If you signed in by manually typing in your email, click the link from the same device you made the request on.

  2. If you never received the 'Sign in to Limitless' email, check your spam/junk folder.

Forgot what email you used to login?

  1. Try different emails. Limitless accounts are permanently linked to the email used at sign-up and the recordings are stored in the cloud. The recordings would never delete or 'disappear' on their own.

  2. Did you sign in with Apple? If so, Apple may have created a privaterelay email for you which you can find here.

  3. If you are still unsure what email you used, please share your Serial Number with our AI Support Agent and we can reverse search the email that is paired to your Pendant.

Pendant is not pairing or syncing

  1. Make sure you're on the latest version (search Limitless AI Voice Recorder iOS app from the Apple App Store)

  2. Toggle iOS Bluetooth off and back on (from iOS Settings > Bluetooth)

  3. Force quit the app (open the App Switcher and swipe up on the app to quit)

  4. If already attempted to pair and the Pendant page (Limitless app, Settings > Pendant) shows an Forget this Pendant option, tap it.

  5. If Forget this Pendant was not an option, from your iOS Bluetooth settings, press the blue i icon and "Forget this device".

    1. If you do not see the blue i icon, restart your iPhone.

  6. You should be able to pair again! If you're still not seeing the blue LED on your Pendant, factory reset using these instructions
