If you subscribed to Limitless Pro or Limitless Unlimited from our Limitless web/Mac/Windows app (via Stripe)
Log into the the Stripe customer portal
Click on the login link sent to your email
Click on "Update subscription" or "Cancel Subscription"
If you subscribed via the Limitless iOS app (via Apple Subscriptions)
From your iPhone, search "Subscriptions" in your iOS Settings
Click on Limitless
Click "Cancel Subscription"

How do I get a refund of the subscription (via Apple Subscriptions)?
If you have purchased any Limitless subscription through the Apple App Store, you will need to cancel your subscription directly with Apple. We unfortunately cannot help with cancellations / refund requests if the subscription was purchased through our iOS app.
To cancel with Apple, please follow the steps provided by Apple Support. Note: deleting your Limitless account will not cancel your Limitless subscription with A

Transfer
Emails tied to accounts
Limitless accounts are permanently linked to the email used at sign-up, and recordings cannot be transferred to a different account. To avoid issues, we recommend choosing one email and using it consistently for all recordings.
Emails tied to subscriptions
If you have a Pro or Unlimited subscripton, please send us a message using the chat in the bottom right, and provide your old + new email so we can change the subscription email on the back end (Stripe). This is the email that is tied to your Stripe customer portal.
Delete
This action is irreversible. This will delete your account and all associated data. You will need to open a new account if you decide to come back. Go to Settings > Delete Account to delete your account.
