Please note only ONE Pendant can be paired per device / account. Your Pendant is most likely still paired to the previous device / account.
To pair your Pendant to a new device / account, log into the iOS app using your original email or device > tap the Pendant icon in the top left corner > scroll to the bottom, and select “Forget This Device.”
After that, you’ll be able to pair the Pendant with the device / account you want.
If you no longer have your old phone, please reach out to limitless.ai/support and provide your Serial Number so we can unpair it from our side. It is on the inside of the Pendant, specifically looking for the one that starts with "LP0B..."
If you still have the packaging/box, you will find the same Serial Number on the back of the box.
