Note: A factory reset will delete any recordings that have not been synced to the app.
Option 1 (preferred): Factory reset from the mobile app
Open the app and go to Settings (bottom tab).
Tap Pendant.
Select Forget this Pendant.
The Pendant light will turn purple, then go away, then switch to blue.
→ Once blue, the Pendant is ready to pair again
Option 2: Factory reset from the pendant
Use this if you are unable to factory reset from the app.
Make sure the pendant does not have a red light. If it does have a red light, hold down for 10+ seconds until it goes away.
You’re going to be pressing the pendant twice in quick succession: the first time you’re going to press and release, the second time you’re going to press and hold (Please see the video demo below)
Make sure both presses happen back-to-back, with very little pause in between.
You will see a purple light appear (keep holding)
When the purple light disappears, release the button.
The light will turn blue → the Pendant is ready to pair.
If you see a solid red light (when not plugged in), the double-click was too slow.
In that case, hold the button until the red light goes away, then restart from step 1.
