Can I see my Pendant recordings on the Limitless web/Mac/Windows app?
No. Pendant recordings are only accessible via the Pendant app (Limitless iOS app). In the future we plan to sync them with the Limitless web/Mac/Windows app but for now they are separate.
How do I see the transcript?
Click on the arrow/carrot on the left of each summary header.
How do I search or use Ask AI?
From the Lifelog view on a specific day, click on the top 3 dots in the upper right hand corner and you’ll see the options to ‘Search’ or ‘Ask AI’.
If you want to use Ask AI on a specific Lifelog section, checkmark the section you want, and at the bottom, you’ll see the option to “Ask AI”.
Note: We only support using Ask AI on one day (or specific sections of a day), but looking to support a larger date range in the future.
How do I export or copy summaries and transcripts?
To export the summary and/or transcript for the entire day:
From Lifelog view, click on the top three dots in the upper right hand corner > Select All
At the bottom of the app, you'll now see the option to Copy
Check/uncheck summaries or transcripts (for example, you can uncheck summaries to only export transcripts)
Click on one of the three formats and it'll be copied to your phone's clipboard

How do I share Pendant conversations?
You can share any Pendant conversation by checkmarking the Lifelog section (or multiple sections) and then tapping “Share” at the bottom of the app. This will then bring up your OS native share dialog, which gives you lots of ways to share, such as by text or copying the link.
Be sure to share the link only with those you want to have access to the selected content.
Note: we do not support audio playback or sharing audio at this time.
What happens if I am away from my phone?
You can continue recording audio while away from your phone for up to 35 hours. It will be offloaded/synced to your phone once you are near it. Expect a delay in catching up Limitless with the latest audio.
How do I update the firmware?
If prompted, click "Update firmware." Keep your phone awake and the Pendant nearby. Note: Updating the firmware will turn off your Pendant, so be sure to turn it back on once the update is complete.
Although it is not urgent, the update takes less than 5 minutes and ensures the best experience with your Pendant.
