(optional) Delete all your recordings
Click the Rewind logo in the menu bar in the upper-right corner
Click "Settings..."
Click the "Storage" tab
Click "Delete all data" at the bottom of the dialog:
Quit Rewind
Drag the "Rewind" application from the "Applications" folder to your trash
Under "System Settings..." search for "Login Items"
Under "Open at Login" click "Rewind" and hit the "-" button (to remove it)
Under "Allow in the Background" toggle off "Rewind" (it may also be listed as "SCRIBE AI INC" if you had an older version)
(optional) Open "Terminal" and run:
rm ~/Library/LaunchAgents/com.rewind.Rewind.plist
