Limitless accounts are permanently linked to the email used at sign-up, and recordings cannot be transferred to a different account. To avoid issues, we recommend choosing one email and using it consistently for all recordings.

If you have a Pro or Unlimited subscripton, email [email protected] and provide your old + new email so we can change the subscription email on the back end (Stripe). This is the email that is tied to your Stripe customer portal.
