Welcome to Limitless! Let's get you up and running πŸƒ

Step 1: Open up app.limitless.ai and login

☐ Open up up app.limitless.ai any browser

☐ Login via Google or enter your email

Step 2: Connect your Google Calendar + Gmail

☐(Optional) Connect Google Calendar

Your meetings and meeting details will be automatically imported.

☐ (Optional) Connect Gmail

Limitless helps prepare you for meetings by adding relevant details from your email

Step 3: Download the Limitless App on Mac or Windows

☐ Once you download the Limitless App, we recommend that you use the Mac* or Windows app to record. You can also access your recordings via app.limitless.ai on any web browser.

*If you’re on macOS Ventura (13) or later, download the Mac app to get notified to join your meetings and have the ability to record using headphones.

Step 4: Prep the next meeting (Prep)

☐ Click on the "Today" tab on the left side

☐ Since your Google calendar is now connected, click into the next meeting on your calendar

☐ Click into the "Prep" section and review the pre-meeting notes generated for you

πŸ’‘ If there are other participants besides you in the calendar invite, you'll see info pulled from your Gmail and Google Calendar. Want it to pull information from a different place? Vote for it here.

Step 5: Transcribe (In-Meeting)

☐ Click on the "Enable Microphone Access" button + click "Record"

☐ Click into the "In-Meeting" section

☐ Start talking and you should see a real-time transcript under the "In-Meeting" section

☐ After you're clicked "Stop", click on a word in the transcript to playback the audio

πŸ’‘ We support 34 languages!

πŸ’‘ Note: we only support headphones in the Mac app! If you'd like to record using headphones in Windows or mobile, vote for the request here.

Step 6: Real-time notes (Notes)

☐ Click into the "Notes" section

☐ While you’re recording audio, you will see automatic notes appear in this tab

Step 7: Summarize (Post-Meeting)

☐ Click "Stop" and you should see a summary generated within 3-5 seconds
