If you can’t find your web & desktop recordings, we’ll help you track them down! Follow these steps to troubleshoot:
Check the web app – Head over to app.limitless.ai on any browser and see if your recordings show up there.
Double-check your login – Could you have signed in with a different email? Your recordings are tied to your account.
Try recording a new meeting – Click "New Meeting Recording" and "Record." There was a recent bug, and sometimes creating a new recording makes the others reappear.
