Refund Policy: Before the Pendant has been shipped, you can request a full refund for your Pendant deposit at any time by emailing [email protected]. Your refund will be processed promptly upon request, and you should expect to see the money back in your account within 5 business days.

Return Policy: If your Pendant arrives defective or damaged, email [email protected] for a return or exchange. You can request a full refund within 30 days, as long as the product is in its original condition with all accessories and packaging included.
