Edit your calendar settings to control which meetings you'll receive pop-up notifications for.
Click on the three dots in the top right corner of the Limitless app, to uncheck/check the following options:
Hide all-day meetings
Hide meetings with only one participant (think time blocks like "Lunch")
Hide declined meetings
