Is the pendant waterproof?
Pendant has an IP54 rating which means it is water-resistant but not waterproof. It should withstand light water splashes, dust and damp environments but it is not advisable to submerge the pendant into water or throw it in the washing machine. For comparison, this is the same rating level as Airpods Pro 2.
How long does the battery last?
The pendant will get you through a full day of continuous recording. We recommend charging every night to ensure you don’t miss out on capturing any of life’s moments.
How do I charge my Pendant?
You can charge your pendant with any standard USB-C cable. Each pendant comes with a charging base for your convenience. Simply plug the USB-C cable into the base and the pendant sits nicely on top of the base.
How do I wear my Pendant?
The most important part is that you wear the pendant with the light facing outward so it can pick up the best audio quality for you. While we include a necklace for you to wear, you can also clip it directly on your shirt collar or shirt pocket. The versatile design lets you wear it however you want.
If you are doing physical activity and moving arond a lot (running, jumping), it may be best to wear your Pendant with the provided necklace.
Can I turn the light off?
In the Limitless iOS app, under the Pendant tab > Settings, you can reduce the brightness of the light. For privacy reasons, there is no way to turn off the light entirely.
